We are in a pickle today we need a new refrigerator ASAP. Went here to check out the inventory and a young lady named Emily was very helpful to us. We've never refrigerator shopped before so this is a new experience for us. We explained to her the measurements we took and the space that we had available to put a new refrigerator and she was very helpful. She even recommended somewhere else for us to go to get a refrigerator today since they would not be able to deliver until Friday or later. Kudos to Emily!
I want to compliment the employees of the Florence KY Home Depot. I spilled an entire gallon of paint while in the process of putting it in my trunk. My fault, not theirs. It went all over the ground AND splashed on the car parked next to me. I went back inside to let the paint dept know, figuring they would know best how to get paint off of a car. Thanks to their quick action, they were able to get all of the paint off this guy's car before it dried, and they paged the owner so he could come outside to see what happened. I ... read more

We usually shop Lowe’s. Tried Home Depot because it’s a bit closer. I’m going to say this. One female worker in particular was not friendly to us when we had a question. I was really turned off by her mumbling and lack of customer service but more importantly, your changing table in the women’s bathroom was HORRID! and that’s putting it lightly.
