Bad experience today picking up my online order which came out in a BADLY damaged box. We inspected the item and refused it after seeing damage on the item. They credited our card back. **After** the fact we were told that we could/should have been given the option to have Home Depot replace the product, and they could have worked with the manufacturer to ensure that it was properly shipped. (This is attempt #2 with this order so surely the manufacturer and/or their shipper are at fault) Now we are back at square one and in ... read more
Do not shop at this store for paver blocks. They will take your money for tour order and not fulfill the order. They don’t care about customer service. The store manager told us we can call other stores our self to try and get the blocks we need they will not be helping.
Asked HOME DEPOT to come out and measure my floor, they came out called me at 9:13 I returned her phone call at 9:15 to come in an measure no answer so I called back of the course of 10 minutes while she was sitting in the drive way. I walk in and call again no answer walk out side and noticed they left completely and they 40 minutes later I finally get a text letting me know she's not coming out she's already on her way to Cincinnati? they can start by answering the phone. They put all the good companies out of business with their big corporate stores and fancy new garbage, then they cut back on employees, making it harder to get any kind of service.
RecommendedWe’ve been researching washers and dryers and needed to see the appliances in person. Steve was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was honest and helped us decide on what to buy. We are incredibly grateful for all the info about purchasing and installation. I wish we were staying around here so that we could’ve purchased from him. We did our order on the Home Depot website (per his advice). Thanks Steve!
They are rude rude rude do not shop here
Not look at making $'s from Covid-19! Way frustrated with access to the stores as well as there is very limited window to plant vegetables, take care of lawns, etc. in the Spring.... and Home Depot has taken away all promotions / sales of the items that are needed most right now! Ridiculous!
Attempted to shop at the store only to be told by an employee that I could not enter through the lumber door and instead had to go to a long line of people at the main doors and wait to enter the building. I left and went to Lowe's where I was able to easily enter the store without waiting and subsequently made $500 in personal purchases and $204 in company purchases. Very poor experience with applicable purchase No help from the store or manufacture still unresolved after 3 weeks. Very disappointed in the service!
