I finally found them! After searching high and low for Vinca Vines, I stopped at Home Depot and found them! I love Home Depot because the staff is very nice and help you find what you're looking for. The plants are very organized and alive. The staff is knowledgeable of what the names of the plants are, which is very helpful. PROS: Organized, they know what they are talking about CONS: none
No help We stood in the lighting department for at least a half hour needing help and three employees were working in the area and not one of them asked us if we needed help. Finally, we asked one man for a price and he said it cost "probably" $20 then when asked to get the correct price, he rolled his eyes.
RecommendedThank you Brianna and Erin at the Florence store. I’ve Been trying to get my trex order for months. They tracked down the issues and have a solution. Home Depot (call center) and a trex have been useless during this exhausting process.
JUST GO TO LOWES!!! We knew we should have went with Lowe's like we usually do, however, delivery dates were even longer there and we needed a Fridge asap! We Ordered a Fridge 2 months ago from home depot , we knew it was going to take that long. Yesterday it was scheduled to be delivered. when they got here the THREE guys wouldn't bring it in, they couldnt lift it over maybe a foot and a half obstacle, even with my husband helping. Terrible customer service! We ordered all new kitchen appliances 3 months ago & received notice of a delay the day before (Covid is understanding, but this goes way further). I call to make sure that was the only issue & was told the stove they switched out was on back order. We were not notified of any switch due to the item being discontinued. In June we started a basement remodel making enough room for a family member recovering from cancer to live comfortably. We moved much of the basement to the garage so work could begin. We went to Home Depot to purchase flooring for 740 square feet, tiles and fixtures for a new bathroom, 10 gallons of paint and an Andersen French Door for the walkout. Do NOT use Home Depot, Florence KY, flooring department. I ordered new flooring for my basement last November and it has been a nightmare from the very beginning. Measurement were wrong, wrong amount of carpet vs vinyl flooring needed. The original price I agreed to changed and cost me more. I made a change before I signed the agreement and it was still wrong! I shop your store everyday for personal and business purchases. The staff is very friendly and everyone always says hello. Not a complaint but be careful not to grab the bottom piece of cabinet grade plywood. $60.00 and I didn’t notice until I was all the way home. Ugh my own fault. Project still worked out. Just a little scrap now.
