I order 500 dollars worth of stuff online that was supposed to be ready for pick up 2 hours after ordering. Well certain items they are out of stock on. But no they cant transfer the order to another store that has plenty of said item. You suck. Your system sucks. And i refuse to spend another dime with home depot. And i renovated just about my whole storefront with them
I purchased 2 potted mixed flowers in April of this year, I have watered them as needed and tried my best to take care of them. My other flowers I've purchased are doing great. These 2 I purchased from Home Depot in April were dying. I took them into Home Depot today without my receipt, Jan at Customer Service took the time to search our purchases on not 1 but 2 cards till she found the transaction to replace the dead flowers with new flowers. She was very helpful, very friendly, and all around gave us a positive experience.... read more
My wife got harassed by a lead cashier after she got in trouble by her manager for over charging us and insulting us. After the issue was resolved by a manager 2 hours later, she found my wife in the middle of the store and asked to see her receipt again.
