Matt in Electrical was extremely helpful in providing us with a replacement glob for a light fixture we had previously purchased!
Always the nicest, most helpful employees! We shop here quite often and are always greeted at the door. Never have to look for an employee, and always get great advise on how to complete a project.
We love the kid's workshop, the ladies who work it are very friendly and helpful. Home Depot has a great selection of everything we need for our home!
I order 500 dollars worth of stuff online that was supposed to be ready for pick up 2 hours after ordering. Well certain items they are out of stock on. But no they cant transfer the order to another store that has plenty of said item. You suck. Your system sucks. And i refuse to spend another dime with home depot. And i renovated just about my whole storefront with them
I purchased 2 potted mixed flowers in April of this year, I have watered them as needed and tried my best to take care of them. My other flowers I've purchased are doing great. These 2 I purchased from Home Depot in April were dying. I took them into Home Depot today without my receipt, Jan at Customer Service took the time to search our purchases on not 1 but 2 cards till she found the transaction to replace the dead flowers with new flowers. My wife got harassed by a lead cashier after she got in trouble by her manager for over charging us and insulting us. After the issue was resolved by a manager 2 hours later, she found my wife in the middle of the store and asked to see her receipt again.
I left Home Depot in Florence, KY with two resolved issues. Your costumer service representative, Winfield, was fantastic. He listened intently to my concerns and quickly and decisively corrected my problems, no questions asked. Winfield is all class and he is an excellent representative of your store. If I had a business, I'd want him working for me. You've got a good one here, Home Depot. Please make sure you treat him well.
I have spent thousands of dollars of business with this store and by chance had some items that I couldn't use but needed other things to fix the plumbing in my home. I went and couldn't return 150 worth of items because of a "system". It was because the item was flagged. It wasn't flagged when I bought it so why is it flagged when I tried to return it. All I want is a store credit so I can buy more of your defective shit
