I needed a outlet cover and read that they allow you to bring your dog in with you. this turned into a great training exercise for my 11 week old puppy. all employees had treats and very possitive about it ! thanks homedepot ,but I almost forgot my cover ..lol

No one takes ownership of the problem. Horrible experience with fridge purchase [condensed story] and still waiting for a working product. Each blames the next person. Stay away!!!!

Every time I go in, the customer service and selection gets worse. Went in looking for flathead/slotted drivers for my drill. Got looked at like I had 3 heads and told they don’t carry anything like that. Got them at Menards.
Really frustrated as I’ve ordered my cabinet refacing and the end installation date is supposed to be very soon and no one has even called me to set up installation. The Home Depot guy that gave me my quote won’t return my call and the contractor that measured has not called either. All I know is the guy’s first name who is supposed to be installing is Scott. I am extremely frustrated because I’m needing to take off of work and no one will give me an answer as to what is going on. My start and end date is 9/25-10/10. Does no... read more
