Your DC on Fallbrook Drive is horrible your guards are lazy to get off their cell phones to direct drivers in with in a reasonable time and even though drivers are given a certain number to drop a trailer in its always has a trailer there so then they say drop it wherever. Really you have no empty spots so I guess from now on I 'll leave it in the middle for your yard people can figure it out where to put the loaded trailer I'm not wasting another hour of my DOT logs for this stupidity. Hire some professionals.

They were helpful and great information. They had great deals and walk me to what I was looking for, with a smile
Horrible customer service. They are extremely slow and argue amongst themselves about who should be doing what. No one knows where anything is. If you do happen to find an employee on the floor, they are not knowledgeable about products or materials. I'd much rather shop at Loew's across the street who are more expensive but at least their employees are more professional.
