Placed an online order beginning of April...... here it is almost the end of April and it hasn’t even been shipped. Then I email and ask about it. They mark it shipped and it’s supposed to be here tomorrow and tracking has showed it hasn’t even left the warehouse!!!!!!! AWFUL AWFUL customer service!!!!
Please be the people you claim to be. Thank you for the temporary repair to the shower door, we certainly appreciate it. Why did you report to me that your shower door company was fabricating new doors? I am appalled at your employees treatment of the disabled. Today your employee totally humiliated a young man and his wife. He was mentally disabled and she physically. I realize tempers are frayed and everyone is tired. However, our most fragile need to be cared for. I have been a faithful customer to HD and my husband buys all his contractor needs from HD. You can look at the security cameras to see that I am not lying. 04/11/2020 Coronavirus season, the cashier wiped her snot and then put the merchandise in the bags, I asked her why she did that, and she still bothers and he tells me to put lysol on them, this happened around 5:40 and 5:55 pm, repeatedly towards the same thing, he did not wash his hands and did not bring gloves, wait 15 minutes in line to enter the store, everything very well so far, but in the end that filthy fat woman did things wrong, I hope one does not r... read more

They are not using measures to combat covid19.
This store is endangering employees and customers by not enforcing social distancing or providing gloves, masked and hand sanitizer. The store is packed and it’s a real danger right now. Avoid!
