It’s a Home Depot. You know what they do.

Waited in line over 15 minutes. I was next up to register. Clerk said he was closing and that I and everyone else in the line would have to go to the back of other line. I just dropped the merchandise I was trying to buy on the floor and left the store. These are a bunch of pathetic minimum wage workers with no real supervision. I'll take my business to Lowe's. At least their workers are respectful and help you load stuff

They are applying hand sanitizer spray as customers are walking in and limiting number of people to get in. Went to Lowe’s it was chaotic. I went to home depo after Lowe’s over crowded store. Thank you Hope Depo!

I was in the store yesterday and employees are not wearing masks. I called a supervisor today to ask why. He said that they cannot force employees to wear masks. I said it should be company policy since they cannot serve customers and maintain social distancing.

The Copperfield store in Houston Texas promotes curbside pickup, however when you get to the store they tell you they are not doing it because they don’t have enough staff. We were told to get in line to access the store for pickup. I would not have made the purchase if I had not been offered curbside. Disappointed.

Ordered online. 3 custom made blinds. Got one weeks later. Nobody can tell me where the other 2 are. Tried phone, chat, text and email. They claim all of that has been shut down or limited due to covid. These customer service options seem like the perfect “work from home” options. Never again Home Depot. Going back to Loews.
