I was looking for someone to help me out, I ask a working there if he could help. Told me it wasn't his department. But would find someone to help me. 10 minutes later, still no one to help me. Saw the same worker and once again ask if he could help me, again was told he would find someone to help me. Another 15 minutes no one help me. Very poor customer service in part of management!!! No one to help sales people.
Idiots don't know how to operate ute fork lifts almost destroyed my new truck. Watch them carefully while they load up your stuff. The customer service desk is okay. Some of the staff members eat bowls of stupid for breakfast
Really poor customer service. When we arrived, an employee was loading individual bricks into the back of a customer's truck but when we asked for help in loading 30 bags of sand, we were told that, unless we bought the entire pallet, we were on our own. We had to load them all ourselves. They couldn't even be bothered to tear off the shrink wrap or use the fork lift to at least lift it up to the height of the truck bed!
