I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to cut one board. This after finding someone to call for help over the loud speaker twice !!! Everyone acts like you’re bothering them. However the young man that finally showed up was very nice.
Paint department workers are more concerned with their conversation rather than helping all the people waiting in line. Put all my items back and left to go to Lowe’s in hopes they might actually want my business and help me.
I've been on hold for 47 min regarding an order I need to pick up. The email form The Home Depot sent didn't work so I called in to schedule the pick up. Very frustrating!
Awful. Horrible customer service. Rude, unknowleagable, and lazy employees. NEVER STOCKED. Worst store in Houston. As awful as the Gulfgate location.
