Great move-in experience I've been searching for weeks for an apartment for my family before I settled on Heights at Bear Creek. Apartments looks neat and clean and I loved the greenery and gardens around the place. A big thumbs up for Kimberly for helping us through the move-in process.

The new takeover. Since the new management people took over, things are getting worse. They are now trying to add $25 more to our lease claiming it's for garbage, which was already included in our lease, and now the water bill keeps going up every month.. It use to be $77 per mo. But has now risen to over $100. Something is not right and I'm thinking about legal action against them. Also the floor and walls are not insulated and I can hear our neighbors doing "Everything". New Management This property WAS fantastic when it was managed by Graystar. Karly and the other people that worked for Graystar cared for their residents and communicated effectively and I am very sad that they no longer work for this office. Just recently the property was taken over by SPI and the staff in the office is not only incompetent but not very nice at all. You can hear everything! The grounds and the look of these apartments are very nice. Don't let that fool you. My husband and I can hear all the neighbors constantly. We can even hear light switches turned on and off, people brushing their teeth and phones vibrating. The worst is the water noise. You can hear all surrounding neighbors showers, baths, toilet flushing and kitchen sinks ran. There is no padding under the upstairs carpets so you can feel every nail in plywood under carpet. Extremely cheaply built

Clean and Friendly Great people, great space, pool, sauna and workout room. The streets throughout the neighborhood have a regular home street fell as opposed to an apartment complex feel.

Love living here in a Park like Setting with a condo feel! My family and I have been living here for 2 1/2 years. We love that the landscaping and grounds are well kept. Management is really nice too. They have been quick to respond to maintenance requests. In the Summer, our family enjoys swimming in the pool. Our apartment reminds me of a condo-- very spacious with designer touches. Love our kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Our apartment rent includes one covered parking for FREE!
