AVOID!!! avoid at all costs !!!! over priced & horrible management. upon moving into my newly renovated apartment there were areas not sealed, my cats hid behind the counters that had nails sticking out... took maintenance almost a week to come repair and turn my water on, since my apartment clearly wasn’t finished. there were nails everywhere on the carpets and it definitely wasn’t cleaned since it was renovated. i was under the impression i was getting a balcony, which i didn’t receive either which was disappointing. hallw... read more

Verified Renter I love living at Outlook. Lots of nice neighbors and their doggies. The neighborhood is great for dog walking, hiking at Pilot Butte , and is close to Costco and Whole Foods.

Verified Renter The Heights at Bear Creek has decent sized apartments available at a good price. Its also located at a reasonable distance to Albert Einstein Elementary which is a great school where my daughter is currently enrolled. It has a good quiet family friendly community feel.
