I would recommend The Noble anytime to anyone. Not taking advantage or exploiting move out costs or the deposit, which across the board has happened at every other place I've lived, was perhaps the greatest experience of all. Verified Renter Average. Can probably get a better deal in another complex in area. Expect neighbors with pets to let them relieve themselves in hallways, elevators and to not pick up after themselves. Same with trash. Parking could be a trek depending on which apartment you live in. Delivery services/companies are not a fan of complex layout so be prepared to have to go down to get or tip to get them to your apartment.

NOPE. DO NOT live here. I thought that since Jason seemed professional that it could be a decent place. It was kinda dirty in the halls, there was always trash or dog pee on the floors and people would just leave their trash on the rail by our door. Paper thin walls. The unit I moved into had ups and downs, the floors were VERY dirty and impossible to clean. I had to wear slippers constantly because the bottom of my feet would turn BLACK. It was disgusting. Verified Renter Great community. Close to restaurants, shopping center and the community college is very close by. The staff here is extremely friendly. It was a easy process to move in. The parking spaces are extremely small and it's hard to get my kids in the car without hitting the cars parked next to me. The building is made to where you can hear your neighbors all around you.
