Verified Renter The Height at Bear Creek a very clean and quiet place to live. Maintenance gets work done in a very timely manner and are very friendly. Office staff are all professional, courteous and helpful with any questions or issue. So far my overall experience here has been pleasant.

Verified Renter The Heights at Bear Creek is a great community for families to stay. The public schools in the area are amongst the top rated, there is direct bus facility. For office commuters and home makers, the location is ideal with very easy and quick access to freeways and shopping complexes. There are large open spaces within the community where kids could play, mingle etc
Great Community Everything has been absolutely amazing so far! Anything wrong with our apartment was quickly and efficiently fixed. Move in was a breeze and the office is always available for any questions! Leasing Agents/ Management are amazing.

Verified Renter Community is nestled in proximity for lots of offices/restaurants/shops. It also lies in a great school district. People who move here to live expect high standards of living. Unfortunately the management team is not very keen on providing them to its residents. For the monthly rental & other charges levied the facilities offered are below par.

Like it alot Just moved in… well minus my furniture deliveries ?? Office staff have been great throughout the move-in process. Neighbors are kind and courteous when walking their dogs near my kids. Everyone seems friendly. Nice place to call home!
