Verified Renter The management staff really sold us on the property. We even paid a little bit more because we enjoyed the friendly, inviting staff. We also loved the look of the place with all the trees and maintained grounds. Spacious apartment too!

Verified Renter There are rats near the dumpster and the recycling area. The rats have established a colony behind one building toward the left front corner of the property. There have been roaches on the property. Neighbors have friends bringing their trash and dumping on the property, and charges are distributed to the tenants. The staff are polite, but there appears to be a lack of accountability in managing tenants who keep their entryways filthy and cluttered, despite repeated requests to clean up.

Verified Renter Since moving into The Heights at Bear Creek I have been pleasantly surprised. Management/Office Staff is very professional, helpful and nice. Maintenance staff are always timely, nice and professional. All maintenance work gets done in a timely manner and so far no crazy complaints except parking can be tough to find on my work schedule.
