For office commuters and home makers, the location is ideal with very easy and quick access to freeways and shopping complexes. There are large open spaces within the community where kids could play, mingle etc

Verified Renter Community is nestled in proximity for lots of offices/restaurants/shops. It also lies in a great school district. People who move here to live expect high standards of living. Unfortunately the management team is not very keen on providing them to its residents. For the monthly rental & other charges levied the facilities offered are below par.

Verified Renter The Heights at Bear Creek has decent sized apartments available at a good price. Its also located at a reasonable distance to Albert Einstein Elementary which is a great school where my daughter is currently enrolled. It has a good quiet family friendly community feel.
Verified Renter One of the best place to live in Redmond with good school zone, Costco/Target/Restaurants near by, clean common area, good floor plan, etc.
