Unfortunately, the haircut didn’t turn out very well, and I was quite disappointed with the result. While the hairdresser wasn’t rude, their attitude felt rather moody and unfriendly. The service was very quiet and brief, which made the experience feel uncomfortable rather than welcoming.

Hi, I recently had a haircut with Becky, and unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with the experience. My hair is noticeably uneven, with visible steps that make it look poorly done. On top of that, she didn’t clean up properly afterward — I was left with hair all over my face, which felt careless. I expected a more professional finish and just wanted to let you know how unhappy I am with the result.
Been here a few times now to get my daughters hair cut by Naomi. She’s absolutely brilliant - amazing people skills, fantastic with children, and makes the whole process so easy. We’re in and out with no tears at all! Highly recommend.
