Due to my partner passing away, and my baby being unwell, i missed my appointment after initially rearranging it. When trying to book again the brassy, old mutton rude receptionist was impolite, unhelpful and pretty awful. Told her something hinting at whatever then and I will go elsewhere. Horrible place
