Verified Renter The apartment has a major ant problem. We also have a lot of issues with our ac unit. We were told to just close off the vents in the rooms we don’t use. Also our hot water heater barely lasts 10 minutes for showers. The ventilation is so bad. Smells come from other apartments and make our apartment smell like weed. Lastly our stove top is all kinds of messed up. The coils are crooked and out pots slide off the burner. Plus our food cooks uneven.
Verified Renter The community is very family-friendly oriented. Quiet neighborhood, with a very social atmosphere. My dog absolutely loves the dog park and the amazing staff here.

Verified Renter The whole of the apartment complex is easy to navigate and easy to park. Mail is convenient and so is trash disposal. I hope so stay for quite some time.
Verified Renter We’ve been here for six Konrad and we’re still loving it. It’s quiet, the people here are friendly, and there’s lots to do at the pool and club house.
