Verified Renter The leasing office does not care about their tenants. If anything they are anti whatever tenants say. Not family friendly. Always parties being thrown. Terrible terrible management.

Verified Renter very friendly staff and open community. Small things need looked at, but overall am happy with my experience! being on the bottom floor does come with some noise from above but hey it’s nothing unbearable.

Verified Renter I enjoy the solitude and quiet of this place. I also should point out what an excellent job the maintenance staff does with their tasks. I very much like living here.
Not ideal place Location is perfect, only good thing about living here. Apartments are very outdated and drafts from heat and cold will raise your electric bill. No one in the apartment complex picks up after their dog, nothing is done about it besides an email asking them to pick up after their pets. Walls/ceilings are extremely thin and outdated. Brittany is so sweet and helpful.. so much to do here 24-hour workout center you can rent bikes there's a playground for the kids there's a dog park around the corner there's a place you can walk for the exercise in the back safe and secure all around great place to live.

Verified Renter This is not a well kept community and people don’t clean up after their dogs and let their trash on the ground. People don’t leash their dogs and you have to be careful you don’t get attacked. People don’t respect parking spots and let their cars sit for months without ever moving it. The leasing office does a lousy job of enforcing the lease. The rent isn’t bad until you have to pay for amenity fees and utilities. It’s very pricey and not worth it.

Verified Renter First week, overall not too bad, but a few issues. There was a water leak in the upstairs apartment that came through our ceiling. Maintenance came in a few hours to stop the leak, but the ceiling needs to repaired. There was a god amount of dog waste on the lawn around our apartment that made moving in like walking through a minefield. There is a small field and playground that kids use that also is littered with dog waste. Management sent an email reminding renters to pickup after their dogs. And the washer... read more
