Verified Renter The neighborhood is quiet and there is not a lot of traffic in and out. It’s a nice area to be able to sit outside on the porch and relax. 5/5 The apartments themselves are very nice, a decent size, nothing too extravagant. garbage disposal included and washer and dryer. 5/5 However, getting ahold of someone in the office is almost impossible. Verified Renter The place was clean when we moved in, some of our maintenance requests were not fulfilled before we moved in and haven’t been fixed for a while. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Good community. People leaving dog poop everywhere outside though, no one picks up after themselves.

Verified Renter I recently moved in and it's been an easy transition. From walk through to move in date, staff were responsive and supportive. Maintenance has immediately addressed just a few concerns, neighborhood is away from noise but right next to anything I need ie shopping, food, banks, work!
