Verified Renter The amenities are great, the land is beautiful but the apartments themselves can be a nightmare if your neighbor smokes inside. Maintenance is the best we’ve ever had and we are so excited for the pool. It would be awesome if the pool had a select few hours a week for adults only.

Verified Renter It's really clean and moving in is not a hassle. Houses are cozy, have a lot of room to decorate, big bedrooms and living room and every house has a patio.

Verified Renter This place is horrible and not worth the outrageous rent. People let theirs dogs off leash and don’t pick up the poop. Neighbors are extremely loud and rude. The leasing office does not offer much help in that matter so you have to call the cops multiple times and still nothing gets resolved.

Verified Renter top notch maintenance. very quiet neighborhood with few, if any, solicitors. great place to retire. it's also very pet friendly, peace and quiet.

Verified Renter I haven’t met any neighbors yet but it is very quiet and calm in the neighborhood. So far it is going great ! I have no problems in the home and there is plenty of parking !
