Verified Renter Moved in a couple months ago. Love the neighborhood and the amenities that the complex offers. The only issue is a lot of our appliances have had issues since the day we’ve moved in. Maintenance team is great and fast but nothing gets replaced and the same issues occur again.

Verified Renter Apt was okay condition wise when we moved in. We have had a lot of bad luck with appliances not being in good condition and the walls were scuffed up. Residents do not leash their dogs and do not clean up after their dogs even though it’s against the lease. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues but the leasing office is not. Verified Renter Nice quiet community with plenty to offer. Close to shopping and restaurants. Apartments are roomy. Maintenance is prompt and good at their jobs and the staff is pleasant and easy to work with.

Verified Renter I moved in a few weeks ago and my experience has been great so far. The apartment is wonderful and a huge step up from my last place. I had a light go out on the kitchen and maintenance came less than 24 hours later to replace it.
