Verified Renter We have been here for going on 5 months now and everything is great. My dog loves the dog park and getting to say hi to the amazing staff every time he sees them.
Really regretting my decision I moved in on Friday. It is now Tuesday and I have no running water in my shower or bath. Called the “emergency” number. They called back offering to send someone out “as early as 9am tomorrow. By then I will have been at work for an hour. Without a shower They clearly have NO regard for their tenants. Truly wish zi had chosen anywhere but here.
Verified Renter Overall a nice and quiet community to live in. Management is awesome, usually responds to repair request within 24 hours. There is flooding issues every couple months but maintenance comes right away to fix it. Parking is never a problem.
Verified Renter I don’t have a single positive thing to say. I have never regretted a decision more deeply in my entire life. There are not enough characters available to list the reasons why, but if I had to sum it up, the Property Manager is so unpleasant to deal with.

Verified Renter So far, we love the friendly and quiet community. The facilities are well kept as are the grounds. The area has everything we need as far as groceries, shopping, restaurants, and daycares. This is a great place!
