The office answer all questions thoroughly and ver... The office answer all questions thoroughly and very quickly. Maintenance is very quick to fix any problems. The office and maintenance are very friendly. Move in was very quick and its so quiet and the neighbors I met so far are very friendly.
DONT MOVE HERE I feel bad for anyone that moves into these apartment homes. The people are money hungry and could care less about the tenant. The maintenance staff doesn’t respect privacy, and have walked in my home unannounced with no notice twice. The place is poorly insulated and can hear people’s conversations on the other side of your apartment. The carpet is cheap, and the kitchens are gross. The dryer would have to run three cycles just to dry your clothes. The dishwasher was falling out of the wall when we moved in. ... read more
Overpriced and terrible service Lived there 6 years. Had to go month to month and they increased my rent from $900 for a 1 bedroom to $1100. Customer service reps are terrible. Treated like cash cows there. Document any and all damage, even the tiniest scratch, or you could pay big when moving out. They charged me $250 for scratches on the counter top that were there when I moved in. Trying to fight it but they dont care at all. Making things even worse they are replacing said countertops. Tenant beware!

Greens at westgate Slow to respond. Office does not open on time and leaves you guessing if they received your call. There was a live person who answered now machines and guess work The address is convient off road parking is nice but you have to pay to get parking in front of your unit or just lucky. It feels safe but units are old no color on walls cheap carpet the place is under new management but will take years to get in shape.
quiet, safe, friendly place to live I enjoy living at the greens at westgate. The management is friendly and very responsive. The maintenence guys are great. They are fast to respond and make the necessary repairs. They are very friendly as well. The pool is always clean. There is plenty of parking. It's quiet but close to the grocery store, gas station etc. I have been here going on three years and I am very happy.
The mgmt and staff are wonderful I love living here. The mgmt is is helpful and the area is wonderful. They have a yearly pool party which is a such a wonderful perk. This allows you to become familiar with the staff and other residents. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
