Maintenance is knowledgeable and skilled. The management and maintenance are always on top of preventative maintenance to keep everything perfect.

I have moved from New York City back in 2017 and I... I have moved from New York City back in 2017 and I moved here and I love it! 10/10 I would recommend. I like the friendly staff and I love how I don’t have to wait too long after my maintenance request is put in. It’s done in a timely manner.

I had a recent issue with water pouring through my... I had a recent issue with water pouring through my ceiling. Maintenance was right on top of it, even though it was a weekend. The repair crew was also great and it's completely repaired and looks like nothing happened.

We just moved in but I can notice the neighborhood... We just moved in but I can notice the neighborhood is pleasant, calm and quiet.Garbage outside is segregated well. Recycable are in separate bin. Maintaince is just one call away once you report the problem to leasing office. And you got to love the promos, perks, discounts they are offering once you reserve and pay early. It’s not all the time but yeah how awesome is that!

Great community starting to feel like home apartme... Great community starting to feel like home apartment is fits my needs and I feel safe. Hopefully this winter when it snows they take proper care of the community and make it safe to drive and walk in.

Very quiet and safe community. Nice to have pets (... Very quiet and safe community. Nice to have pets (both dogs and cats) and it has so many amenities like an outside workout station, bike rentals, a pool, and a gym.
