We had such a positive experience here today and I just wanted to say a big thank you. My son had his very first proper haircut today at nearly 8 years old, which was a huge milestone for us. He can find new environments and sensory experiences quite overwhelming, so this was a big step. Ibo was absolutely brilliant as was everyone (thank you for the tea too). Dont be deceived by the nice chairs for children and TV screens. This place should be avoided. The lady barber has no manners and was rude with my 7 yr old...consistently pulling him up on the chair even though he was sat as well as he could. When i complained about her heavy "handedness" she blamed the skin fade haircut that we chose. I told her my son has had the same haircut (skinfade) numeorus times before but we usually go elsewhere...we only went because my son saw the kids' chairs and TV's.
