Alex was honest and upfront beginning to end. From the very first conversation he told us what to expect and why. He explained the process, how the different terms work, never pushed us in any direction. He provided truthful facts and numbers and explained it in a manner we could understand and evaluate what was best for our situation. The Federal savings bank customer service is WORTHLESS!! They don't care about us all they care about is their money. I have been trying to close on my loan since June 2020. It still never closed.. i was working with Douglas *****, who told me I needed to lay an appraisal and they would refund me at the end when I closed. Well my loan never closed due to Doug's inability to handle a loan. I have called Douglas *****, his supervisor Dawn and dawn wont do anything nor give me a supervisors name. Best experience I've ever had with refinancing a home. Christopher ********* (Federal Savings Bank) was great. Answered all questions, keep in contact, actually seemed to care about me as a person - not just another account. Would recommend him and the bank to anyone!
Jay ******* is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Considering that this was a totally telephonic and email transaction, I felt as though I was dealing in person with Jay. The TFSB mailers I was barraged with that finally encouraged me to look into the process were a little sketchy. They could definitely be improved.
