This really great experience began when I received a Completion Notice indicating that our VA Loan waiting period had been completed as of January, 2021. So we decided to contact TFSB and about our loan. This led us to John **********, VP with your company. John and I discussed our current loan at that time talked about it and asked if we were satisfied with it. Told him that we would like to get our loan percentage reduced if possible. Ivan and his team were very responsive to all of our questions, processed our paperwork expeditiously, set realistic time frames and communicated any changes or new requirements to us in a timely manner. From application to closing, the process was smooth and we were well informed of our options along the way. David and everyone else associated with this loan process provided outstanding service. I was surprised at the title cost and how it differed from the estimate, but we worked though it and came up with a good solution. Communication with everyone was excellent. The terms of the loan were excellent. I have already recommended The Federal Savings Bank and David to others and will continue to in the future.
Spencer has been excellent in communicating during the whole process. It all went very smooth and we saved money.
