I think that if I was able to take that Framework Home ownership course at the starting of the process, I would have understood better how things worked. Since it was my first experience with a mortgage loan, I was a bit confused and overwhelmed and did not understood a lot of things but during the course I started to see much clearly how the process worked. I was notify by the Federal Savings Bank by mail stating that I could have my PMI removed. I was hesitate to call but glad I did. I was able to remove my PMI, consolidate my debit as well as lowering my mortgage payments.. I want to thank William Fine for being so attentive to my questions and everyone else that was involved in making the transaction to my satisfaction. Thank you!!
