I received a call from the Federal Saving Bank to refinance using the ***** program. Their initial proposal was a interest rate of 3.75, when I did not accept they offered me a 3.5 and I asked if I was paying points for this, they said no (but I was!). The said I had to pay a 219 dollar fee for closing costs, I asked if I would get that money back if I didn't close and they said I should be able to. Recieved a misleading letter making it look like I had money when it actually tricking you to call them to refi

non stop mailing garbage offers and hang up when asked to be taken off everyone on there phone has a ****************** of vice president

We started to do a refinance with this bank. Little did we know that they use unethical practices and then lie to you about qualifying for a refinance. The process started in February, gave them everything they needed and was told we were good to go. After giving them a few more things they needed to finalize the refinance then they told us that we didn't qualify. I lost a bet with my wife so I had to fill out a request for a quote online knowing I would be almost incapacitated by emails or phone calls. I talked to the first three that called and selected The Federal Savings Bank (Mo) and ignored the subsequent relentless phone calls for two weeks. Mo ticked all the boxes as far as knowledge, communication and drive to get the contract and implied drive to not waste time and get it done. I made the right choice.
