Reasons the this the federal savings bank will never have my business. Mortgage banker *** ***** was arrogant, too aggressive and is unbelievably disrespectful. First of all did not reach out to this company they called me while I was working. The phone number displayed as scam possibly. I have never even heard of this company. *** *****/ the federal savings bank reached out to me trying to refinance my house using the federal savings bank without a request.
