Timothy Delaney did a great job.He was knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and great at explaining everything each step of the way.He explained when there could be a hiccup in the process and how we would get through them before they happened. When they happened, he kept on top of communications and kept me comfortable with the process. Vanessa and her team worked tirelessly to assist with all my home buying needs from start to finish. She communicated well and was always available letting me know where we were in the process step by step. She was very knowledgeable in regards to all my questions and concerns along the way.
My experience with the Federal Savings Bank in our refinancing experiencing was comforting at a time in which "comfort" is difficult to find. Grant and his associates made sure I was informed, prepared, and assisted in every step of the process. They were advocates for the success of my application and without them we would not have the big smiles underneath our masks!!!
