This bank is worse than TERRIBLE when it comes to customer service. A one star rating gives too much credit to this bank. The loan officer that was assigned to deal with my case file in refinancing a VA loan name is Yousof. This person was trying to rip me off by saying he was giving me $5000 back in lender credit when all he was doing was offsetting the cost of the loan. Cannot stop this company from contacting me. They send a letter that looks almost exactly like it's from my current mortgage company EVERY SINGLE WEEK. This is just a way to trick people into calling in. Everytime I move there is another company that pulls this phishing scam by mail or god forbid you give them more info by email or phone. I am permenantly on the do not mail list and no matter what I do these people will not stop contacting me about "available funds".

Started a VA Streamline Loan May of 2020, via the Brentwood TN branch. The first TFSB employee would not return calls or texts. The bank was slow, extremely poor communication. TFSB employee was abruptly removed and a VP took over in August. We were finally able to close however, the TFSB was unable to distinguish between a divorced wife and a married wife, even with all the supplied documents. Louis did an amazing job with the mortgage. He made sure everything went smoothly, with no surprises. Always available to give answers to our many questions, he made sure the process was efficient and painless. I highly recommend using him and the Federal Savings Bank.
David was always great at getting back to us no matter how busy he was. He helped us find workarounds for every obstacle we encountered. Haider also did a fantastic job with contact and organization. Both of them made it a fairly easy process and made sure we understood what was happening at every step. 10/10 experience. Veteran friendly, with employees even currently serving in our military.
