My experience with John ***** was excellent. He helped me find the best loan and rate for my circumstances and was thoughtful and helpful throughout the process with consistent communication. He was prompt with all of my queries and took the time to explain things thoroughly. Even though we hit a few minor snags along the way, this was the smoothest refinance I've experienced in 20+ years of being a homeowner. Paul was incredible during this whole process! He even took the time to take care of my loan and develop a superb client relationship. His attention to detail both personally and professionally was astounding! I am greatly impressed with his whole process and ability to coordinate during the COVID pandemic.
