The Federal Savings Bank exceeded our expectations. David and his team were very knowledgeable and made the process easy for us. This firm is sending misleading advertisements regarding "equity distribution" regarding our home. It looks very official with "Final notice" on the front which makes it look like a collection agency. Their logo makes them look like a Government agency, they're not. This is misleading advertising by mail and should be stopped.

Yousuf ****, NMLS# *******, is the most unprofessional person at The Federal Saving Bank! When I shared my concerns about my VA loan. He mocked me over the phone and in a text message. I had to block his phone number to keep him from calling me after 9pm and harassing me. Terrible experience with Marquis ***** and team. After months of working through a refi in which all needed documentation was given day one, I have had to tell them to close my file. I lost the mortgage rate lock due to the lack of communication and diligence from this team. Such a waste of time, money, and of course losing the locked-in rate. I would never recommend this bank to any individual looking for a mortgage. I would leave zero stars if I could.
