Best customer service ever. Pam and her team did a phenomenal job! From beginning and throughout the entire process, Pam was available to answer questions, provide guidance and assist me in the home buying process. Daniel and Lena also provided outstanding service. They were patient and helpful when I had questions and Lena helped me get the documentation I needed to provide when my power went out for three days. I am not happy with The federal savings bank, they refused to refund after loan was cancelled and do not do business with this bank. I fully recommend with ***** or ***** ***** that you can trust. they suck!
