This is my first visit to America n I must say that I expected a lot more from this hotel for the price!! The staff are not to helpful (except Ken the barman) the big doorman who I've only seen for theadt 2 days has been one of the rudest people I've met yet n for what? He just stares at u in a u comfortable way n when u address it he is rude!! But it's ok he can continue to b rude as I don't have to see him once I'm gone but, surely he should not b rude to guest female ones at that .... A the other doorman say hi open doors... read more

I absolutely LOVE this hotel! The best i've stayed in in NEW York and has the best bartender ever!!!
Great hotel, made our stay in NYC amazing. Great room, great view, great location and great staff, especially Ricky! We were delayed by 11hrs getting there from London and arrived at 1am, but Ricky greeted us with so much warmth we soon forgot our troubles! Our stay was made so much more memorable due to getting engaged on Christmas Eve on your great roof terrace to which the bar staff celebrated with us with "shots all around"!! When we return to the Big Apple, this will be the hotel we book again!!!
