Great hotel in good location, next to Starbucks but where isn't in New York!
This place sucks. Abusive discriminatory practices and bouncers who say their above the law and don't have to follow it. Even if you have a reservation they will not honor it. This place needs to be shut down for its abusive practices. 1 star is honestly too high.

Shame that your staff are not multilingual and you were proposing not to foreign television channels. The proposed rooms are very clean, the bathroom too small and the staff really not very welcoming ...I confirm the average rating found on the websites of hotel booking. Namely 3.5 / 5
the hotel is perfect, the roof is wonderful, my wife and I were very well welcomed, the location is totally privileged! returning to my next visit to NYC!
