Not what it was by the pictures! We were supposed to have superior rooms. Stained ceilings,leaky shower & not that clean!

Nice room. Very comfortable. Front desk staff - very kind and helpful. Lobby ambiance was great. Chris, the doorman, was always super helpful with transportation. I think the self serve coffee/creamer in the room should be complimentary. It would also be great to offer one bottle of water per day at this price point. But the location was fabulous!! Had a great stay!!! Thank you!!

I love this Hotel, it's the only place I stay when I'm in the City travelling from Australia. This trip I am disappointed with my view considering I have been here many times and didn't expect a courtyard view to be straight across from seeing in other hotel windows with no courtyard to be seen! I guess you just expect something a little more for being a return patron but apart from that I alwa enjoy being here....
Top dollar for a not so clean, small room. We have asked for creamer for coffee in the morning (which is at a cost of $3.00 a cup for .50 k-cup coffee) never delivered. Air conditioning was lacking and personal toiletries were never replenished after first day. This is a very expensive bad experience. Only thing going for it is its location. We have two more days....hope things improve.
