Despite their busy day, all of The employees were very friendly and treated both Lynn and I with the utmost respect and care. The concierge suggested an awesome Thai restaurant. we loved our stay at the Empire.
We were on our honey moon we had a great time and met great people! Empire rocks!!!
Love the Empire Hotel, got an amazing suite on the 10th floor over looking the Lincoln Centre and Broadway St! Oh and not to mention the cocktails! Oh and please stop by here for a brush of a Gossip Girl moment!
Not at all impressed. Nothing complementary, no fridge for convenience, had to ask for ice, the shower was difficult to operate. The bathroom door/molding was falling apart. The furnace was noisy, not enough lighting, waste cans or space.
Rude maintenance workers, poor parking, inconsistent customer service & failure to deliver any items offered during reservation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The BBB & JD Powers needs to know about this poor conditioned establishment.
Roaches in the bathroom, yuk yuk yuk.
This hasn't been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, but it's definitely not the best either. The front desk employees were short and unhelpful. Something of mine was "misplaced" after our room had been cleaned, and when I spoke to the front desk about it, they didn't even apologize. They told me they'd "talk to housekeeping" and will maybe have something to tell me in the morning." The hotel itself was fine. Great hotel and we loved the location. Thanks for the honeymoon upgrade and fizzy! Excellent service and I loved the decor. We would have enjoyed a drink on the rooftop though...disappointed it was closed during this season.
