Excellent staff. Excellent location. Include the wifi in the room charge already and quit the nickel/dime image you create by charging extra for it. Too many reviewers complain about that and you can solve it pretty easily. Did in mention the staff is excellent?
It was ok until the power and water went out in the middle of the night. No negative opinions of the Staff. They tried their best to help but from a customer standpoint we are not getting what we pay for. Having to pay go get to a bathroom was not acceptable.
