Séjour catastrophique, prix exorbitants du minibar, publicité mensongère..
Our room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy. The aircon also made a terrible noise. Other than that, it was very conveniently situated and clean.
Stay elsewhere if able. My second stay here and I am very disappointed. If not for great location would not have booked here. Bathroom is tiny even in the suite. Wifi very expensive, not included even with suite price. Took my teenager to the lobby for a hour to capture free wifi just to survive the trip😜 I won't be back.
Très déçue de cet hôtel qui faisait pourtant tant rêver. Piscine HS, WiFi PAYANT 10€/appareil. Un comble quand on sait qu'il est possible d'avoir accès gratuitement au Wi-Fi dans la rue à New-York. De plus les lits n'étaient pas King Size, la propreté de la salle de bain laissait à désirer et la porte était abîmée par l humidité. Inacceptable pour un hôtel de ce standing et à ces tarifs là. Je déconseille fortement

Awesome! Great location, great bar, great service! We were there for a wedding celebration, in September. I checked-in at 11 am and was able to get a room, right then. An upgraded room. Thank you!
