We just spent a few days in NYC and it was my girlfriend’s first time in the city so of course I wanted it to be a memorable experience. Not only did we have a great time in the city but our hotel stay was awesome. The staff at the Empire was very friendly and made sure we had ever thing we needed. When we decided to extend our stay an extra day they not only accommodated our request but gave us a great rate too. Also the location is great. Horrible hotel. Rooms even elves would find small. The rooms are dirty, don't have closet, we didn't have shower towels, charges to use the kuerig, Wi-Fi charge for every device and rude employees. Don't stay here.
