Dealt with Mike on an engagement ring, he was an absolute stud. I had no idea what I was doing and he was incredibly patient with me. I never once felt pressured or as if I was dealing with someone that was trying to ‘sell’ me. He sent off a design, came back within a week and was exactly what I pictured.
