One item....do not leave patient in chair while mouth has items in it. Gagged and no one was around....see you in July.

The experience was better than anticipated. Facility spotlessl State-of-the-art equipment. Took longer than usual because new, otherwise experienced dental hygienist was not familiar with some new equipment.

I arrived approximately 5-7minutes before my appointment, as I try to always be on time. Office was not open. Hygenist arrived about 5 minutes later, after a phone call. At end of treatment, indicated several concerns I had. She stated whe would relay them to Dr. Victor. Guess she forgot, as I haven't heard anything.

I had some problems with not explaining what preparation needed to be taken prior to the appointment. I had to call the office to get that information. But things were resolved. I am okay.
