I had a great experience at this office. Staff and doctor were friendly and professional. I loved the "eco" and holistic practices.
One item....do not leave patient in chair while mouth has items in it. Gagged and no one was around....see you in July.
I have been a patient for over 10 years and appreciate the high quality of service I have received over the years.
The experience was better than anticipated. Facility spotlessl State-of-the-art equipment. Took longer than usual because new, otherwise experienced dental hygienist was not familiar with some new equipment.
I arrived approximately 5-7minutes before my appointment, as I try to always be on time. Office was not open. Hygenist arrived about 5 minutes later, after a phone call. At end of treatment, indicated several concerns I had. She stated whe would relay them to Dr. Victor. Guess she forgot, as I haven't heard anything.
I appreciate the whole dental facility!!
I had some problems with not explaining what preparation needed to be taken prior to the appointment. I had to call the office to get that information. But things were resolved. I am okay.
I really liked the dental service.
