There were two of us, but only one was seen. The confirmation text messages showed us both at 2pm. The appointments were apparently 1 & 2PM. Everyone was wonderful. I just wish I was more informed about pricing for my upcoming consultation. Thank you!

Just moved to town and I needed both a new dentist as well as a cleaning. Really appreciated how quickly you were able to get me in, and the professional reception.
I had to wait 1 hour, just to get my next tray of invisalign braces, which took 4 minutes. I had to feed the parking meter twice.The wait time made my visit no so good. Dr Victor is a great dentist, but waiting an hour at the end of a long work day is exhausting.
Hesitation on referals would depend on their(friends) location. Not everyone wants to drive across town.
Provide literature on all office policies in writing. Introduce effective customer service skills to Administrative staff.
A fantastic experience! From the polite and helpful staff to the deeply knowledgeable and caring dentist, this practice is unique and refreshing. I especially appreciate the little touches (like the massage chairs in the examination rooms) that make the experience unusually comfortable and relaxing. I will be sure to recommend The DC Dentist to my friends and family.
Will need to visit more often and have time to experience results of work performed in order to feel confident.
