I have been researching Root Canals as I have had some in recent years and noticed that my immune system is not what it used to be. This was my 3 year old daughter's first dental appointment. All of the staff were great and made her feel very comfortable.
I am extremely pleased with the service that I receive from Dr. Victors office. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciate the time and care that is taken to make sure that my needs are being met. I should also mention that I joined Dr. Victor January 2014. I was so happy with the service at my first appointment that I continued to go although they were not in my insurance network. I found the Dental Hygienist to be very knowledgeable, and very gentile when working in your mouth.
I am satisfied with the overall services. Everyone I came into contact with was very courteous and of great service. This is also to thank all the staff for making me feel at ease during my visits
The staff that greeted me in the waiting area were very nice, very pleasant and open, this includes reception and the person who seated me. I indicated that my visit was excellent because it was like being with family for me, ones that you respect and take very seriously, but know they care about you.
I say don't change anything it was just right loved it
