Great visit, with a super professional staff. I had a great experience.
Dr. Victor provided great service and professionalism. My first visit felt like my 100th. The staff was attentive and courteous.
I absolutely love going to Dr. Terry Victor's office (aka "the DC Dentist")! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating to my needs. They are very professional and genuine. I recommended them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!
Everyone - from those manning Dr. Victor's both at the 8th Avenue Street Fair - to Jeanine on the phone to Tochi (sp?) to Dr. Victor were overwhelmingly pleasant and kind. Plus, it was my sense that they were ALL very competent as well.
Convenient location, professional staff, easy registration. All of that helps put you at ease.
Dr. Mines wants only the amalgum to go. The rest have stainless and are ok. Gloria
Delta Dental only pays a portion of the bill charged by your office, but I continued to see Dr. Victor because of his location and high quality staff. However, the front desk scheduled my cleaning appointments too close together which made my latest visit ineligible for any dental plan benefit. I now how to pay for the entire visit. I see this as an oversight by the admin staff and will not be returning to the office.
I recently moved to DC and was looking for a dentist that was closer to me since the hours of my previous dentist made it impossible. I met the office manager at that Ubiquitous Hair show and was interested in learning more about their holistic and natural practices. I also preferred to support a black business. I was contacted a few days following the show and we set up the appt. It was conveniently located, pleasant staff and nice atmosphere. The staff was professional and helpful. I received my examination and Dr Victor gave me information on how my decaying tooth could be treated and he also explained how to better clean my teeth under two crown bridges in my mouth. He sells a nonchemical mouthwash and toothpaste that I inquired about and purchased.
