Even though the dental procedures themselves are not very pleasant, LOL I enjoy coming to the office and interacting with the friendly and professional staff.
Camilla is an extremely courteous, effective, support personnel. In addition to her courteous manner, she is quite knowledgable and able to get required information quickly. The professional manner of the hygienist was outstanding as well as a high level of competency.
I enjoy using the mouth wash. It helps me with my oral hygiene; I wish though it was less experience so I could buy it on regular basis. Thanks
I had no issues with my actual dental cleaning, but I wasn't 100% pleased with the handling of my insurance. I was contacted by e-mail over a month before my appointment to see if my insurance had changed, and I e-mailed them back my new insurance card. The morning of my appointment I had to pay out of pocket the full amount because I was told they were trying to contact my insurance agency but they were closed (I had a 7 AM appointment). They did an amazing job and my teeth never felt so clean.
Very disappointed with the service. I went to get cleaning done for the $99 special. Instead, I basically ended up paying $67 for no cleaning and for getting information on a more expensive cleaning procedure. It was a classic case of upselling.
